would drop in the slot by positioning the pry bar between the mount and the frame-rail. Once in position, I got the nut started, then lowered the engine a little, tightened the nut a little, lowered the engine a little, that way the tab descended into the slot. If the mount shifted back I went back to my pry bar. When the tab was caught in the slot, I tightened the nut all the way down. Probably not the way it's supposed to be done, but Mister Unorthodox here, lol.
